The Cincinnati Division of Prudential Commercial Real Estate is proud to welcome a new agent, Joe Voska, to their team.
BIO OF JOSEPH W. VOSKA
Joe has over 30 years of comprehensive real estate experience starting as Real Estate Representative for BP Oil (Ohio).; Site Acquisition Manager for Stop n Go Markets, (Atlanta, Ga.); Site Representative for Ponderosa Steak Restaurants, (Midwest); Director of Real Estate and Construction for KFC Corp. (National).; and Regional Real Estate Manager for Cardinal Industries, (Midwest area, acquired and developed over 75 apartment communities).
He followed that by starting a residential development company in Cincinnati. He has personally developed and sold over 2500 residential lots and has consulted and assisted others in assemblage, rezoning, and development of award winning communities for Ryan Homes, the Drees Company, Hills Communities (Inverness Homes), Zicka Development (Zicka Walker Homes), and Camden Homes.
This background and wealth of ‘hands-on’ experience in many facets of real estate enables Joe to help clients see the potential of their investments from all points of view and make sound decisions when buying, leasing, or divesting.
