City of Columbus Appeals Board appointment
Brent Greer, Investment Specialist at Prudential Commercial Real Estate, has been appointed to the City of Columbus, Ohio Property Maintenance Appeals Board. Brent represents the real estate industry on the Board and was appointed to the post by Mayor Michael Coleman. The Property Maintenance Appeals Board conducts regular hearings and renders decisions on appeals of notices issued pursuant to the Columbus Housing Code, Health, Sanitation and Safety Code, Streets, Park and Public Properties Code and the Nuisance Abatement Code.

Columbus welcomes Chris Pflum!
Chris brings 20+ years of real estate experience in investment property, including multi-family, apartment buildings, retail, and office space as well as business to business sales and management experience. He will be a great addition to our group and will work with clients in their real estate acquisitions and dispositions, along with managing their current investments.
