THOMAS E. HAMONS, SIOR ® Senior Vice President Prudential Commercial Real Estate Thomas E. Hamons has been in the real estate business for 45 years, during which he has accumulated a vast array of experience in sales, leasing, land development, sales management and investments. From 1969 to 1981, Tom has held positions in sales and management with a major national builder and a local real estate company. Since that time, Mr. Hamons has specialized in sales and leasing of industrial real estate, where he has consistently achieved awards for his high sales production. In 1986, Mr. Hamons became a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors ® (SIOR), which is a professional international society comprised of commercial real estate practitioners. SIORs forms a select group of real estate professionals with a cooperating network that encompasses over 1,000 offices and 350 cities worldwide. Mr. Hamons is a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors ®, Ohio Association of Realtors ®, and the National Association of Realtors ®. Tom has been active on numerous committees of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors ®. He served as a director from 1990-1992, Treasurer in 1991, and First Vice President in 1992. He was 1995 Chairman of the Commercial/Industrial Division. For 19 years, Tom has been recognized by the Cincinnati Board of Realtors ® as one of the top producers in the city. Mr. Hamons holds brokers licenses in both Ohio and Kentucky. Tom is also active in the community. He is presently President of the Mt. Airy Civic Club, past President of the LaSalle Club/ LaSalle High School, member of the St. Ignatius Choir, and past Chairman of their building committee and parish council member. Mr. Hamons is a graduate of Roger Bacon High School and Xavier University.
