Pat is able to forecast a possible use for the Land/Parcels, then solicits possible users for the use of parcels and BRINGS the MAXIMUM Value to his customers. Pat is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and a CCIM Candidate. Pat’s ability to work with City and Township Governments in achieving a Rezoning or Redevelopment of Land is his specialty.
