Sales Vice President – Lauri is a southern Ohio native and serves her community as a retail and hospitailty sales and leasing specialist. Other areas of expertise for this seasoned professional are office sales and leasing, land acquisition/disposition, property management, residential investment and sales, business brokerage and short sale. She has earned her stripes by working for two well known developers in the capacity of Director of Sales and Marketing for the sale of high-rise and luxury condominiums within the urban core of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. Other experience includes project management of up to 250 units. She has a working knowledge of the complexities involved in hospitality, retail, office, high rise, mixed use, multi-family, residential, land and zoning, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange and underwriting both commercial and residential loans. Her company, Bast Business Group and Cinci Property provides all essential functions of asset management to ensure maximum real estate value and cash flow including property management, development, construction services, tenant improvement and up-fit. She has designed, implemented and overseen complex marketing campaigns for all property assignments including having managed and directed annual marketing budgets up to $35,000. Since joining Prudential Commercial Real Estate in 2006 she has become a valued team member and mentor to others on her team. Lauri is a licensed Ohio Real Estate Sales associate and has earned her NHS designation, Diversity designation and is currently pursuing her NAR GREEN Designation. She is actively involved in her community including having served as the President of the Madeira Chamber of Commerce and presides on numerous committees of networking organizations. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Greater Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service, Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Council and the the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
