About Me:

Cheryl Chase has over 15 years in investment and corporate real estate portfolio management. Her background includes analyzing and managing investment properties for acquisition/appreciation and managing nationwide, leased and owned office, industrial and retail corporate real estate portfolios. She also has extensive experience in property disposition primarily as an Asset Manager for the Resolution Trust Corporation’s bank REO asset disposition program. Dispositions were accomplished through direct sale, owner finance, sale-leaseback, auction and 1031 exchanges. Cheryl received her Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design from Michigan State University. She was an adjunct college instructor for over 7 years teaching space planning and design. She is a licensed Ohio real estate sales professional and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee candidate.
