Bob Deis, BROKER, EXCHANGOR, CPM, CRB, CCIM With Real Estate experience dating back to 1966, Bob founded a property management company in 1974 and grew the business into the largest management company in the OSU Campus area. He is an OSU graduate and a member of the OSU Presidents Club. With Prudential Commercial Real Estate, Bob’s expertise is management consulting, and helping clients build wealth utilizing real estate and tax deferred exchanges. Bob has earned the following designations and memberships: Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors, CCIIR; Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM; Ohio Commercial Realtor Exchange, OCREA; Columbus Real Estate Exchangors, CREE; Certified Real Estate Broker, CRB; Certified Property Manager, CPM. Bob is the only member of the 7,500-member Columbus Board of Realtors with CPM, CRB and CCIM designations. Bob has been chosen eight different years as Columbus’ "Exchangor of the Year," and once "Ohio Realtor Exchangor of the Year." A past real estate instructor at Ohio State, Bob has earned several Realtor awards for creative financing and has been recognized twice by the Columbus Apartment Association. Bob has served on Columbus Architectural Board of Review for sixteen years, and was its Chair for four years. Bob served on the University Area Commission for twenty-six years. Bob is also a past officer of the Columbus Apartment Association, CREE, OCREA, and IREM where he served on the IREM faculty. An Eagle Scout, Bob has been registered with the Boy Scouts of America for 62 yrs and has served as a Scoutmaster and Committee Chair.  He currently serves as a Merit Badge Counselor and Eagle Scout Counselor.  Bob is still active as a  Licensed Instrument Pilot.  Bob is a Veteran having served in the U. S Army Special Forces as enlisted and  an Army Commanding Officer and is a member of the U. S. Army Special Forces Veterans Association.
