Broad and deep real estate experience ---  Residential and Commercial, Leasing and Sales, both Buyer and Seller representation --- more than 15 years.

Built on a business foundation of more than 35 years increasingly responsible experience in private industry, health care, insurance, and the US Air Force.  Early retirement from Allied Signal Inc (now Honeywell Inc.) as Director of Employee Relations of Allied Industrial Products Co, a $1 billion+ group of companies, both national and international. Retired from the US Air Force as Lt. Col.

Personal:
        *        Graduate of Cornell University, graduate studies at the University of Minnesota, and University of Indiana, in Business Administration and financial management.
        *        Long stream of learning through continuing education, including courses well beyond real estate Ohio CE requirements.          *        Currently member of Columbus Board of Realtors (Commercial Education and Standard Forms Committees), Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Columbus Real Estate Exchangors
        *        Various community activities over the years, including local school task forces, United Way, political awareness. Presently Foreign Student Host Parent at Denison University.
        *        Fifteen grown children --- biological, step and "sorta." And their families.
