As a member of the Investment, Industrial and Office Groups at Prudential Commercial Real Estate in Columbus, Ms. Hardgrove brings a wealth of commercial/industrial property valuation experience. Cherie’s real estate experience began in 1983 as a construction worker performing interior finish work on commercial and residential properties. She then spent over nine years in engineering design and construction management for commercial properties and government facilities. In 1992, Ms. Hardgrove joined a national appraisal firm and performed commercial and industrial valuations for a variety of projects including multi-family, retail centers (ranging from neighborhood centers to regional malls), office buildings, office/warehouse properties, mini-storage facilities, gasoline/convenience stores, and mixed-use properties. In 2002, Ms. Hardgrove formed CRW Valuations, which provides commercial/investment and eminent domain appraisal, appraisal review and consulting services for both the private and public sectors. She has testified as an expert witness in eminent domain and tax appeal proceedings.
