HISTORY

In early 2006, Blue Rock Midwest, LLC, joined forces with Prudential Commercial Real Estate as a Midwest regional affiliate headed by Principal Broker David S. Mussari. Prudential Commercial Real Estate has since grown into a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm with 4 locations throughout the Midwest and plans for continued expansion.

Under the direction of Principal Brokers David S. Mussari in Columbus, and Don Sebastian, CCIM, in Lexington, the additional locations have quickly become invaluable to the network and will continue to grow and thrive under the Prudential banner.
